NUDES / SERIES
The human body is a mirror of nature; its curves like mountains, its textures like stone, its rhythms like the sea. My photography explores this connection, revealing the raw beauty and balance between human forms and the natural world. Through carefully composed images, I sculpt bodies with light, integrating them into landscapes, playing with contrast, and creating unexpected encounters. No digital manipulation—only perspective, composition, and the skill of my subjects adapting to their surroundings. Each photograph is a study of form, matter, and emotion, inviting reflection on the fragile yet powerful relationship between body, spirit, and nature.
This series is about the exploration of light, shadow, and the raw beauty of the human form. These photographs highlight a Black model’s skin revealing the delicate balance between strength and vulnerability. Through chiaroscuro lighting, each image becomes a sculptural study, where light carves out presence, and shadow whispers mystery. This project invites us to witness the body not just as a subject, but as an illuminated canvas of emotion, texture, and timeless elegance.
The renowned French footwear company Charles Jourdan, granted me full creative freedom to infuse my vision into their advertising campaign, a collaboration designed by Karl Lagerfeld and Patrick Cox. Drawing inspiration from Greek and Roman mythology, my photographs for the campaign intricately weave symbolism and fetishism, which is often associated with shoes. Thanks to the iconic photographs Guy Bourdin created for the brand for over two decades, the brand's heritage is deeply rooted in visual storytelling.
This series is an exploration of form, shadow, and the quiet intimacy of the human body bathed in ethereal blue light. Through these photographs, the body becomes an abstracted landscape, fragments of skin, curves, and contours revealed in soft luminescence, evoking mystery and emotion. These images exist in the space between the seen and the unseen, inviting the viewer to linger in the quiet beauty of what is suggested rather than shown. Blue Moon is not just about the body; it is about light, texture, and the way darkness embraces the luminous.
